QorusDocs, a Bellevue, Wash.-based company that uses artificial intelligence to help businesses write proposals and respond to RFPs, has acquired Shark Finesse, a UK firm known for its software that helps companies build ROI-driven business cases.
- The deal marks a move by QorusDocs to broaden its focus beyond proposal writing.
- Five employees from Shark Finesse will join QorusDocs, bringing its headcount to 75 people.
- Founded in 2012, Qorus’ customers include Hitachi Energy, Ricoh USA, and NTT Data, among others. Qorus raised $10 million in 2022. The company is led by CEO Ray Meiring.
