Seattle-based spending management company Fraxion has acquired Yellow Dog Software, which offers inventory management software for the hospitality, sports, food and beverage, and retail industries. Fraxion serves as a digital gatekeeper for business expenses by tracking, controlling and approving business expenses.
Yellow Dog will continue operating out of its Norfolk, Virginia, office and has 67 employees. Terms of the deal were not released.
