Zoom Communications said it is expanding its enterprise agentic AI platform with workflow orchestration capabilities across Zoom Workplace, Zoom Phone, and Zoom CX. The aim is to help organizations automate tasks and trigger workflows based on interactions across its services.
The update includes new capabilities such as custom and prebuilt AI agents that can be orchestrated using no-code tools, enterprise search connectors for the company’s AI Companion assistant, and productivity tools, including Zoom AI Docs, AI Sheets, and AI Slides.
Zoom also introduced new capabilities across its communications and customer experience tools, including Zoom Phone Mobile, SMS support for the Zoom Virtual Agent AI Receptionist, AI Expert Assist 3.0 for its contact center platform, natural-language workflow orchestration for customer interactions, and new meeting security enhancements.
