Completing The One That Got Away quest in Diablo 4 likely won’t interest you if you’re not a fan of fishing, but if you’re curious what aquatic horrors (and junk) you can find in Sanctuary’s watery depths, you might decide to help Shi Yugong in his collection quest.
Though the fishing itself is super straightforward, as you will have discovered in the previous Favor for a Favor quest, finding six specific fish across Sanctuary might seem overwhelming. Worry not, though, I’ve included details about where to find each below. Obviously, this guide will contain spoilers for this fishing quest. Otherwise, though, here’s where to go.
How to complete The One That Got Away in Diablo 4
While Shi Yugong asks you to catch six yellow rarity fish across Sanctuary, the good news is that Diablo 4’s fish are region-based, meaning you don’t have to track down a specific body of water—any pond or pool will eventually net you the right one, provided you’re in the right region, and you just keep fishing. For simplicity, though, here’s where I went for each:
